What it is
Not a webinar. Not a panel. A working call.
The monthly Belonging Works community call is a structured but informal room of practitioners. Each call opens with a short prompt from a member or guest, then opens up. The point is not to hear a speaker. The point is to leave with three things you can try this week.
We run on Chatham House rules so members can talk candidly. Recordings are limited and members can opt out of any segment. Free Belonging Works account required to register so we can keep the room composed of practitioners, not vendors.

Calls start on time and end on time. No vendor demos. No fluff. Three concrete takeaways or it failed the design test.
Chatham House rules
What is said in the room can be used. Who said it cannot be attributed. That is what makes practitioners willing to be honest.
Structured prompts
Each call has a single prompt from a member or guest practitioner. The host keeps the room on the question instead of letting it drift.
Members only
A Belonging Works account is required to register. This keeps the room composed of working practitioners, not vendors trying to sell into them.

Before you register.
How often does the call run? +
Monthly. We publish the schedule a quarter ahead so you can plan around it. Calls are typically on the second or third Thursday of the month at a time that rotates between North American and EMEA-friendly windows.
Is it recorded? +
Selectively. Some segments are recorded for the on-demand library. Members can opt out of being recorded for any segment. Chatham House rules apply to recordings as well.
Can I bring a colleague? +
Each member registers individually. Your colleague is welcome — they just need their own free Belonging Works account so we can keep the practitioner-only composition of the room.
What if I cannot make it live? +
Recorded segments are added to the on-demand library shortly after each call. We also publish a short member-only summary so you can catch up in five minutes.
