Why we ask
Inclusion work should not sit behind a paywall
The HR generalist asked to launch an ERG. The community college DEIA office with a budget of zero. The frontline manager who wants to do right by their team. The ERG lead at a Series A start up. The independent consultant who keeps this work alive for ten clients on a shoestring.
These are the people Belonging Works is built for. None of them should have to spend a thousand dollars a year on toolkits they could write themselves if they had the time.
So we made the work free. The library, the live calls, the recordings, the community. Free, forever, with one account.
What we charge for is our certificate programs, because those are deeply instructor-led and graded. The revenue from certificates, plus contributions from people and organizations who believe in open practice, is what keeps everything else free.
