Belonging Works certificate programs are instructor-led courses built by practitioners. Each program runs six hours over three live sessions, combines those sessions with a workbook and peer cohort, and ends in a credential you can put on your profile.

About our certificates
What a Belonging Works certificate means
Our certificate programs are not an accredited degree. They are practitioner credentials, designed and delivered by senior DEIA, HR, and ERG leaders, with active feedback loops on every cohort.
Each program is cohort-based, with live sessions, highly interactive, with engaged discussions, and a digital certificate you can add to your LinkedIn profile and your resume.
The certificate confirms two things: that you completed the program, and that your work meets the standard set by the instructor. That is the same standard a hiring manager or DEIA lead would apply to your work in role.
SHRM recertification
PDCs for SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP.
Belonging Works is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities. Specific PDC counts are published on each program page.

Do I need to be a paying member to enrol? +
No. Certificate programs are open to anyone with a free Belonging Works account. The account is required so we can host your progress, deliver your credential, and keep you connected to your cohort.
What does $499 include? +
Everything. Live sessions, on-demand modules, assessment, credential, and cohort community access. No tier upsells. Applicable tax is added at checkout depending on your location.
How long does a program take? +
Each certificate program runs six hours, split across three two-hour live sessions over three weeks. Expect a small amount of pre-work and reflection between sessions.
Is the credential recognized? +
Belonging Works is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP recertification activities. Specific PDC counts are published on each program page.
Can I get a refund? +
Full refund within seven days of enrolment if you have not started the program. After that, refunds are reviewed case by case.
