Getting started

Is Belonging Works really free? +

Yes. Every member tool, template, webinar, community call, and learning module is free with your account, forever. The only paid items on the site are our certificate programs.

Do I need to be a DEIA professional to join? +

No. Belonging Works is built for HR leaders, DEIA practitioners, ERG champions, people managers, and executive sponsors. If you are doing inclusion work in any role, you belong here.

How do I sign up? +

Click create an account from any page on the site. Signup takes about sixty seconds and uses passwordless authentication.

Do you offer team accounts? +

Each member signs up with their own account. For certificate programs we offer bulk team pricing. Contact us if your organization wants to enroll a cohort.

Membership and pricing

What does the free membership include? +

The full content library, every webinar (live and recorded), the monthly community call, member only sessions, save and download access, and a discount on certificate programs.

Is there a paid tier? +

No. There are no tiers and no upgrades. Membership is free. The only paid items on the site are the certificate programs, which are priced separately.

Will membership stay free? +

Yes. Free membership is core to what Belonging Works is. We will say so plainly if that ever needs to change, which we do not expect.

Certificate programs

How much do certificate programs cost? +

$499 per program. Belonging Works members get a member discount and we offer bulk pricing for teams of five or more.

Are the certificates accredited? +

Our certificates are practitioner credentials, not an accredited degree. They confirm that you completed the program and that your work meets the standard set by the instructor.

What is included with a certificate program? +

Cohort based live sessions, scored assignments, a peer review component, a digital certificate, and a LinkedIn shareable credential.

Can I take a certificate program without a free membership? +

Yes, you can enroll in a certificate program without being a member. However, members receive a discount and access to all of our other free resources.

Content and resources

How often is the library updated? +

We add new resources every month. Members can request topics and vote on what we build next.

Can I share these resources with my team? +

Yes. Members can download and share resources inside their organization. Please do not redistribute them publicly.

Do you offer custom content for organizations? +

Our consulting work is handled through Future of IDEA, Inc. Visit our contact page if you would like to discuss custom work.

Privacy and data

How do you protect my account? +

We use WorkOS AuthKit, an enterprise grade authentication system. Sign in is passwordless by default, with passkey, email code, and SSO options.

Will you sell my data? +

No. We never sell or share member data with third parties. See our privacy policy for the full details.

How do I delete my account? +

You can request account deletion at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team.
