IDEA Content is now Belonging Works, a new name and a rebuilt platform with the same mandate: practical support for diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility work in organizations.
Why we renamed and rebuilt
IDEA Content began as a resource hub for people trying to lead DEIA work in their workplaces, often with limited time, support, or budget. As the work evolved, it became clear that the name needed to match the real job: building belonging, not just collecting content.
We chose Belonging Works to put the outcome right in the name, because belonging is something you build on purpose, and it takes work. The rebrand also marks a shift from a single paid membership and a patchwork tech stack into a modern platform that can support more people, more programs, and more types of content without falling over.
Why DEIA work matters now
DEIA work has never been simple, and it is not getting any easier. People are navigating polarized conversations, regulatory change, hybrid work, and communities who have heard too many promises and seen too few results.
In that context, doing nothing is not neutral, it is a choice that lands on real people. Belonging Works exists because diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility are not side projects anymore; they are part of how organizations earn trust, retain talent, and show up in their communities.
