What this program is.
The DEIA Measurement Certificate is a three-part live program that gives diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility practitioners a working method for turning DEIA work into evidence that leaders trust and act on. Most organizations invest in DEIA for years and still cannot answer "how do we know it is working?" This program closes that credibility gap. Across three two-hour sessions in a small group format, participants learn to tell activity from evidence, choose measures that drive decisions, collect data without burning trust, read findings honestly, communicate them to different audiences, and build a plan that survives past launch.

- Distinguish activity from evidence and diagnose the activity trap
- Test any metric against a five-part filter: relevant, actionable, understandable, credible, feasible
- Use triangulation across representation, experience, and outcome
- Match measurement methods to the questions they can actually answer
- Read a dataset honestly and know what not to say yet
- Build a five-field measurement plan: metric, owner, cadence, data source, decision rule
- Sort measures by readiness: measure now, build toward, or not yet ready
