What this program is.
Practicing Gender Inclusion is a cohort-based, live certificate program for HR, DEIA, and people leaders who want to move past awareness training and into practical, day-to-day gender inclusion. Three two-hour live sessions, taught by Michael Bach, CCDP/AP. Limited to fifty seats per cohort.

What you will be able to do.
- Explain how gender, gender identity, and gender expression show up at work and where common practice still falls short
- Audit the most exposed touchpoints in your employee lifecycle for gendered assumptions, from hiring through exit
- Apply inclusive language and pronoun practices in writing, in meetings, and in customer-facing channels
- Build a gender transition support process your HR team can run without an external consultant
- Respond to the most common pushback you will get from leaders, peers, and customers, with practitioner-tested language
- Choose two or three changes you can ship in the first thirty days after the program ends
