Certificate program

Practicing Inclusive Leadership

Understanding and applying the six inclusive leadership traits.

Program overview

What this program is.

The Practicing Inclusive Leadership Certificate helps leaders develop a clear, practical understanding of what inclusive leadership is and what it requires in action. Research has identified six inclusive leadership traits that foster belonging, fairness, and strong performance. This program brings those traits to life in everyday leadership practice. Through facilitated learning and applied discussion, participants explore each of the six traits and examine how they show up in meetings, feedback, decision-making, and talent processes. The focus is on recognizing patterns that unintentionally exclude and building consistent, observable leadership behaviours that support inclusion. Delivered over three interactive sessions, the certificate provides structured time to deepen understanding, practice application, and strengthen leadership habits that support inclusive and high-performing teams.
